I’m here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to discover or rediscover the person you are meant to become. My goal is to help you analyze where you have been and gather the tools you need for where you are going.

I use evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you understand and discover healthy and effective solutions to overcoming identified issues and traumas you have experienced.

Meet Brittany Perry
Brittany Perry is the lead Therapist at Grow Through It Therapeutic Solutions. Ms. Perry is a Memphis native who obtained her bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis and Master’s degree from Union University in Social Work. She has over 12 years of social work experience that includes:

Her passion for helping others evolved into learning how to use evidence-based practice to enhance her skillset. Once she learned how to implement those evidence-based practices, she took a personal oath to helping those in her community and surrounding areas grow into a better version of themselves.

Adolescent Therapy (Ages 14-18)
In today’s society teens are faced with many obstacles that include, but not limited to, peer pressure, school issues, family issues, healthy friendships and relationships. Adolescent therapy is just like individual therapy but, it is tailored for today’s adolescent.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a form of psychotherapy between a therapist and one person in therapy. Individual therapy can inspire change or improve quality of life by focusing on client’s identified issue(s). This type of therapy is offered to allow the client to focus solely on themselves and issue(s) as that may include but not limited to a mental diagnosis such depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.

Family Therapy
Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves examining and improving the whole relationship and behavioral patterns of family members, either as a whole or in subgroups. Family therapy can improve communication and manage conflicts within a family dynamic.

Coaching is as type a therapy used to assist individuals make decisions, set and reach goals, or deal with problems in various areas of their lives. It also involves developing coping skills and attitudes that lead to self-empowerment and overcoming limiting beliefs. This form of therapy is a partnership that inspires clients to reach their maximum potential.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. It is a type of therapy that seeks to address relationship issues and interpersonal conflicts between intimate partners. Couples therapy can provide an open space for couples to understand the dynamic of their relationship such as communication styles, values and belief systems, intimacy, finances and, parentings styles.
